2.1 choose cases

From DEC.2008 to MAR.2009 the acidic water is applied into the gynecology clinic about 400 times.

Patients is accepted routine examination of vaginal discharge before treatment.the fungal 160 person/time,trichomonad sex 80 person/time,cervicitis 60 person/time,vaginitis 100 person/time.

2.2 clinic show

Vadinitis is usual for female who can feel skin itch,wet adhensive,stinky and discomfort with the symptom of abdominal bulge and low back pain.the clinic show:swelling of the vulva skin,increased vaginal discharge,local conges and stinky odor even blooding.

2.3 cure method

(1)Patients choose the urinary bladder on bed to use disposable vaginal speculum to expose vagina,and take disinfectant medical cotton to clean secretion in vagina,then and take cotton soaked into the acidic water to clean again about 5-6 minutes in one course of treatment about 5-6 times.

(1)It is 3 months for acidic potential water in gynecology.Patients is accepted routine examination of vaginal discharge before treatment.The fungal 160 person/time,trichomonad sex 80 person/time,cervicitis 60 person/time,vaginitis 100 person/time.The effectiveness is about 90% in good rectifying syptome.Once-time cure is over 60%.

(2)According to the introduction of papers,the acidic water has the oxidizing and small molecule function to kill microbes in the mucosal layer leading to the disinfect and sterilizing function for local mucosa without irritation.

After observing several months,the acidic potential water is superior with 0.1%xin jie er and 1.5% hydrogen peroxide solution equivalent with the effect of 5% effective iodine.This disinfectant is used many years in gynecology and birth-limited operation and vaginal disinfect.

Micro examine room is built in 2009.Two batches is used before and after treatment.Here is the inspect effect table of clinic application in microbiology.

(1)After 3 months’ clinic application,the reaction of patients is well.because the acidic potential water is colorless,odorless,easy-manual,non irritated for mucond skin,dry without odor after using.The patients overspread accept and require the end of treatment.

(2)From the disinfect and sterilizing show of microbiology,the effectiveness is over 90%,cure rater is over 70%.

(3)Most of cured patients could not come here to inspect,a few come back due to the low self-protection and crossing infection to impact the cure effect.
